Being Mind Fit helps us better negotiate the stresses of life with focus and balance.

Meditation Consultation 

Private and personalised meditation consultations tailored to your specific requirements.  Can include sessions on mindfulness and meditation at work, calming the mind, letting go of stress.
Discover how to sleep better, stay focused and feel more alive.  These sessions can be expanded to include deep, restorative relaxation and brain boosting nutrition.  
To gain maximum benefit from Being Mind Fit training a six-week course of 90-minute sessions is recommended.

Sessions are 1-2-1 on zoom, or in person.

Mindfulness Walking 

Purpusefully walking and talking in nature, gives your mind a new focus, releases stress and rejuvenates your mind.  

  • Guilt free time
  • Active mindfulness, meditation and manifestation
  • Walking in nature

Includes:

  • Refreshments
  • Lunch (on full day)
  • Step by step planning to help you unplug and reconnect on your terms.
