My holistic, personalised one-to-one coaching gets to the core of your challenge and focuses on how to master your mind, breathwork and movement to master your  mind, emotions and energy.

You can schedule a private coaching session online or in person, for a single session or a series of sessions. 

Especially beneficial if you recognise yourself if any of these statements:

  • You feel you are suffering from anxiety, stress, sleep issues that may be affecting work performance.
  • You feel your mind is stuck in an endless cycle of negative self-talk. 
  • You feel meditation or a wellbeing practice would be beneficial but you don’t know where to start. 
  • You want greater balance in your life but don’t know how to go about getting it.
  • You’d like a successful business and a great life too. 
  • You’d like a personalised at home meditation, mindfulness, breathing and or movement practice.

 

Private sessions structured with you in mind:

The private session starts with identifying your primary challenge and/or what you’d like to achieve.

Gail is excellent at determining what kind of practice will most benefit you.

In person sessions can be therapeutic or a mixture of therapy and coaching.  

The private sessions are sixty minutes minutes in length, are available in person or online.

On-line sessions can be recorded and the recording emailed to you.
