You can schedule a private coaching session online or in person, for a single session or a series of sessions.

Private sessions structured with you in mind:
The private session starts with identifying your primary challenge and/or what you’d like to achieve.
Gail is excellent at determining what kind of practice will most benefit you.
In person sessions can be therapeutic or a mixture of therapy and coaching.
The private sessions are sixty minutes minutes in length, are available in person or online.
On-line sessions can be recorded and the recording emailed to you.
