An introduction to meditation.  Ideal for people who haven’t got time to meditate, or people who say they can’t meditate but would like to.  

Introducing the easy steps to meditation,, with plenty of time to ask questions. 

You will leave confident you can meditate and know what meditation really is.  Small group.
