I am a Certified Breathwork (aka Conscious Breathing) Coach and Meditation Teacher offering holistic health services to my clients.
I am also a Business Coach Consultant, initially qualified as a business psychologist, with years of business improvement and transformation experience consulting for companies large and small.
I uniquely combine my deep knowledge of human anatomy, physiology (from holistic health qualifications and yoga therapy) and psychology with Breathwork and Mindfulness delivering business-backed and personalised solutions to many of today’s health challenges.

I bring you a lifetime’s experience (I was first taught breathwork when I was 5) and training across the full spectrum of Breathwork, Mindfulness and Meditation techniques including functional breathing (physical and cognitive) personal and business performance focused, nervous system regulation, stress training, somatic, transformational and alignment of breath-body-mind-business.
My goal is to empower you with the right tools to help you achieve your goals with less stress and lead a healthier, happier and even more successful life.
All my work is confidential. I work with private clients and companies offering one to one sessions to overcome specific health challenges, as well as bespoke trainings ad courses both on-line and in person. I am based in Chester with superb road, rail and air links that can transport me quickly around the globe.

Humble beginnings
I started sharing my own breathwork journey – which started when I was about 5 years old – when I saw so many people struggling with their health, emotions and their life and business journey.
Breath has been transformational for me helping me relieve stress-related lower back pain through to dissolving stress, anxiety and presentation nerves, all the way to managing hormonal changes and transforming my inner landscape to one of peace and amazing flow of high acieving.
Breathwork is personal and changes as our life changes. Breathwork meets you where you are and supports you on your journey – perhaps overcoming stress and anxiety or perhaps dealing with life’s hormonal changes, or maybe discovering transformational changes. The simple mantra is Breathwork Works!

Group What: 60 minutes per week on-line. Working through functional breathing and nervous system regulation with focus on overcoming daily stresses and becoming more consciously aware of the power of your breath.
Corporate: What: Workplace Wellbeing Integration and Breathwork for you, your team and your business. From single workshops to regular sessions in person or on zoom.

Explore breathwork in a private, safe haven where you can relax, recover, find peace, rest and your own happiness.
Private, tailored 1-2-1 sessions are available in a discrete, luxury Cheshire location.
You can expect:
Coaching Consultation – an essential aspect of personalising your session
Breathing Analysis – using a unique method to observe your breathing pattern – pace, rate, muscle activation, depth and CO2 and oxygen analysis
Full Breathing Session – lasting between 45 to 55 minutes where you are taught how to use your breath to energise, rebalance or relax
Daily Self-Practice Recommendations – your daily self practice is essential to maintain your optimal health. Gail will take you through easy ways to incorporate your breathing practice into the busiest of days
Synergy of Mindful Movement – optionally you can include breath-releasing exercises and practices to take your breathing to optimal levels
Post Session Care and Resources – Supporting you and your transformation between sessions is integral to your health. You will receive access to resources that support your session and personal contact from Gail to keep you on track.
